Finally Installed my first drive train, an L-TWoo AX/11 .

I’ve managed to keep the chain from going off the smallest cog into the chain stay, however shifting down, there is one shift after reaching the smallest cog but the chain goes nowhere.

Going up, sometimes the lever clicks once or twice but the chain does not move, if I really shove the lever in, it does a double shift up, but I’ve yet to get it to the largest cog. It usually stopes one or two cogs short of the biggest.

I don’t know if this is related, but while turning the cranks, it seems like the bottom bracket is filled with crunchy peanut butter.

Attached is a video, my sunshine and some stills showing the position of the upper lower and screw. I’m going to get one of my other bikes out to ride because the weather is just too great today. And that’s why we have bikes.

When you’re out of shifts, you’re out of gears
