yeah it’s normal, they use bushings instead of bearings so they have much more play in them than higher end derailleurs. Just make sure the bolts going through them are not loose.

The guide pulley always has a play like that to help follow the cog above it perfectly. The tension pulley on the other hand should have no play at all.

It’s normal for them. But you can replace them to the pulleys with sealed bearings. It will bring better shifting.
And those pulleys cost like few bucks on chinese sites.
