Derailleurs: Shimano Deerhead -> Paul Components

Finally swapped out the Shimano FD/RD-M700s for the Paul Components Powerglide/409 combo. Still running the SL-M700 friction shifters, and they all seem to play together nicely.

Have a couple of other upgrades that are topical for tomorrow, so will post those pics in the morning ❤️💛💚
