Trek Roscoe 8. I love my set up and have ridden it all over the world. It’s simple, clean, solid and works well over rough terrain. This is it fully loaded for a 4 day desert ride, including 8L of water. Mostly stock components. I upgraded the freehub, changed handlebars and saddle and that’s it. Aero front and rear racks with the aero heavy duty bags. The rear bag is loaded heavy and holds an impressive amount of water. I found the horizontal orientation of the rear bag works better for heavier loads. The front bag is light and holds my sleep system and clothes etc. Frame bag is holding water and food. Rogue panda tube bags and feed bags for tools and snacks and sunnies and odds and ends. My tent system is rolled up and strapped to the handlebars with voile straps. This is one iteration of my setup which I change depending on how much water I need. If I’m doing rides with more reliable water resupply, I can get away with removing the rear rack completely and strapping a 5L heavy duty dry bag onto my saddle. Or sometimes I strap my tent set up to the rear system instead.

Um, I think you installed your Aeroe rear rack backwards.
