1. How to fix the saddle, maybe a leather worker? but it has a rubber base with a bit of foam so i’m not sure what to do.
2. I haven’t included detailed pics of the chain guard, but it would be nice to know how to disassemble the whole thing. it’s all closed and doesn’t seem to open by prying with a tool.

On the chain guard, usually the chrome strip can be slid off and is hiding a series of screws that hold the case to the mount. Take a look where the chrome strip ends and see if it actually is holding the two halves of the chain case together.
