    Got gifted a track bike. I love it so far. But need a way to carry water without having to take my backpack every time. Any recommendations?

      Get one o’them bottle holders that bolts up under the saddle. Don’t know what they’re called, but I know they make ‘em for track and TT/tri bikes.

      bottle holders that are strapped to the handlebar/stem work also, never tried under the saddle solutions.

      There are literally dozens of clamp-on, strap-on(?), or screw-in bottle cage mounts. One of the joys of having a frame without braze-ons is getting to try a bunch. I bet I have at least 3 or 4 variations sitting in my parts bin right now. One of the hassles you’ll run into is the aero-shaping on your down & seat tubes will restrict how you can add anything there. But after spending years making myself find ways to carry extra water on my track-frame I finally don’t need to anymore & lemme tell you – it is so much cleaner without. Good luck.
