Worth the 75 bucks yeah…much more? Nah. this would be an entry level bike. More for neighborhood riding than skateparks. Great for a kid that just wants something to ride!

Kickstand says no. Diamondback used to be pretty solid bikes. Don’t hear much about them anymore. Either way 75$ is a fair price for this, you could definitely get that back!

  3. It’s a department store bike. Probably $100 new. Definitely can’t hold up to real riding.

  4. I’m gonna go with not great.

Chain guard and a kickstand is a dead giveaway. Diamondback sold out a long time ago and hasn’t really made a bike store grade bmx in a while. Curious that it has what appears to be a 3 piece crank on it.

It’s probably fine for a kid pushing around but if the kids gonna take it to the park or anything, it’s not gonna last super long. I’m guessing unsealed bearings across the board, hi-ten frame and fork, just…not great stuff.

I like less that the guy had a pic of a dyno and sold your husband this. Sounds like a bait and switch to me, hoping for this exact scenario. Dyno hasn’t made a 20″ bmx since 2009 that I’m able to verify, and this bike is a LOT newer than that
