Hi, I would use it in cup and cone bearings. But I probably wouldn’t use NLGI2 grease on the pawls of the freehub body. I would instead use something lighter.

Yes, any grease is fine but I would clean out any grease that is in there. Calcium grease can be incompatible with other types of grease. Likely not a problem though.
