Stem bags or saddle bottle cage

hello i’m a bit lost. I had two rhinowalk stem bags and i broke them. I was using them for Nagel bottles.

I need to change the handlebars one day, i feel that space in the handlebars is not so good but i need to play with for the moment.
Long time ago i buy a extension bicycle stem, this one :

The problem for the stem bags is on the side, the velcro is a bit shorter because i use the extension ” high” sorry a bit difficult to explain in English. But if i change for a straight bicyclec stem extension like that, i can use the horizontal origin piece of my bike then the stem bags will fit well.

So maybe i need to change the Extension or i was thinking about buy something like that, but it will probably to tight for Nagel.

for finish i buy ortlieb 6.5, i using for waterproof clothes and light weight stuff, with Nagel in front it will be 3 kilo maximum, just to much cable brake i will try to fix them somewhere.
