That would be a 16” Sunday bike.
Bb code means nothing here, Sunday only make a 16″ in their primer range.
I don’t know what it is, but it’s definitely not a real Sunday.
I don’t think Sunday was around before integrated headsets
So I spent way too long on this and the closest thing I can find is a 2010-2013 wethepeople seed 16. The only thing that has me going this route is because it’s the ONLY 16” bike from 2000’s up that has the cutout on the rear dropouts
