While I was out riding and I used my front brake this thing fell off and when I got home I tried putting it back and somehow it still fells off is there a way to fix this or do I have to buy a new one

Your pictures suck
Looks like it’s the little cam that opens the brake so you can remove your wheel. You need to find a replacement for the screw that used to hold it all together.
