i ve seen it s a trend to ask much more for doing “more words”
or actually they ll just strip the bike, leave only the frame, and just bcs it s the frame now somehow “it becomes so much more valuable” they can ask a fortune or more than it s worth xd. you tell them ‘hey if you let it doen to 20$ i ll take it”, they act all shoket and cocky, like it s not a 25 year old bike frame that s ugly and banged up, not even good looking.
