If money is irrelevent, Trek Project one has some sick colors for the Checkpoint SL

  3. I had a guy who wanted me to make decals for him of black lightning bolts and skulls, and I had to explain that black stickers on a black bike doesn’t work. Color won’t harm you!

You can always paint the frame. It’s really easy. It’s just tedious.

Honestly, painting doesn’t take a lot of skill. It just takes a lot of patience.

[I painted this in one Saturday](https://i.imgur.com/Ge5XeIt.jpeg) took several hours of stripping and sanding to get down to bare metal, about and hour to do the base coats and about an hour to let that dry, about 15 minutes to do the splatter, about an hour to let that dry, about a half an hour of scuffing the color coats, about 15 minutes to wipe it down with a tack cloth and alcohol, about 15 minutes spray the 2K clearcoat and then I just let it sit for two weeks to cure completely before I put it back together

  5. A custom paint job on a Carbonda 696? I’m also partial to the Winspace G2 design, particularly the mullet or the pink/green gradient.

You can customise Ridley bikes a lot.
Most colour choices don’t add to the price, although some add a bit, and customising the pattern adds a bit more.

Quite a fun configuratior to play with
