So using a Danish app to find a bike for rent in Amsterdam, and complaining bike renting isn't easy? Try one of the MANY bike renting places, there are 20+ in the city centre alone. Complaining about bike renting in Amsterdam is like complaining you cannot find a McDonald's in an US city.
I just asked the person at the front desk at the hostel I stayed at and they gave me a card for Black Bikes. Pretty easy. But that is a pretty sweet bike.
