Wow, I don’t know if I’ve ever seen an Explosif frame for that cheap, let alone an entire bike. If you can, grab it for sure.

$350 seems high to me, but then again, it’s a great frame with some decent parts, assuming they all work as intended. If the fork is stock, it wasn’t great in 2006 so perhaps consider that in your offer – in terms of replacing it with another or even going fully rigid.
Price also depends on what you want to do with it. If you want to ride it hard on singletrack it might be affordable option to do so, even factoring an affordable replacement fork. If you want a canvas for a restomod, $350 is a lot of cash to sink into this and then more cash will be needed for whatever else you want to do to it. If you just want a bike to slightly mod and then cruise around on, this seems like a pretty good option. Mostly all there with enough options to personalize.
