  1. Put it in the wrong way (ignore the disc being on the wrong side temporarily)

    Is it the same? Its the fork, contact Canyon
    Is the tire closer to the side? Its the wheel, loosen all the non disc side spokes a quarter turn, tighten all the disc side spokes a quarter turn

    Ha! I never noticed that before. My current bike is rim brake but I’ll watch for that at the LBS.

    It’s not dished perfectly. If these were high-end I’d demand they be perfect as it will definitely affect your maximum tire size clearance.

  4. The dropouts for the thru axles are not perfect, causing the wheel to sit off center. Bad tolerance from Canyon. I have the same issue. I confirmed the wheel is true with that park wheel alignment gauge.

    When installing the front wheel try to push it up towards the handlebar while tightening the thru axle. It helped. Here’s what mine looked like without doing that.
