Still a good day out James.
Lovely peaceful area. Question is did Murray inspire you with his recent bike packing vid in that area? 😊
You can hardly call that bad luck James. It was nae a bad day at all. It just shows how used you are to amazing days. If you look back at some of your earlier videoos you'll remember that you have had far worse than that. It is variety that counts.
No such thing as a bad day out. Anyway, a bad day in the hills still beats a good day in the office!
Did these two along with beinn na lap as a circular from Corrour with a pint and a bite to eat between trains at the station. Was a great day in a remote area .
Thats how i did these 2 a few years ago , the only real memory i have is meeting logging lorries head on driving in , good vid as usual , cheers from Brechin
Good video as always james regardless of the pish weather.. always wondered how you always seem to get these amazing weather days recently! I’m always checking Met Office recently.. pretty much every weekend and it just seems way to windy or its always pissing down or snowing! Although summer won’t be too far away 🏴🙌 do you get the chance to go do them during the week much?
Great video, as always. I hope you chain your bike up when you leave it😮 I certainly would be.
Nice one 👍
Nobody wants you to have bad weather what are you saying 😅
I did those hills on an icy Feb last year ( god that feels like 10years ago 😳) -7c at the car park, walked all the way.. I also did the Corbett first, and that was way harder than the Munros … I came off your first munro along the ridge going south and I thought that was the nicest walk of the day… Your second munro has great views , over to Ben Alder..
Did it 6hrs 30mins
Hi James, maybe not many views but when they came they were pretty damn good, certainly a cracking bike and hike, with some decent mileage covered. All the best mate, Dave ⛰🥾🏴🚴
Well done mate 👏 always enjoy your videos! Looking forward to seeing the next one 🏴💪
I can’t believe you think that’s a bad day James…..try getting caught out in the Gorms in a full on blizzard.⛄️
Stunning video James. I've not had a chance to do much munros this year juggling family life etc. Done 1 that is Stuc a'Chroin via the Corbett beinn each. As I commented on your Instagram page am hoping to go to torridon soon if the weather is right. Good luck on your 43 munros to go. Love watching your videos. Gives me the encouragement to get out their.

Another great video diary James, not many to go now🤗
Thanks James, that ascent looked really boggy. Two more in the bag.
Thanks, James, for getting out there😊
Great video James, and as for the weather it looked 100% better than the majority of my days out on the hill.
Thanks for the video James. . On 24th February, I camped over night below the south ridge of Carn Dearg, it got down to around -12. My water and energy drinks froze, but my whisky was fine. I was between knee and waist deep in snow, took the wrong route, over the ridge, instead of the Corrour track, it was up and down hundreds of ft in the snow, made it to Carn Dearg, but Sgorr Gaibhre was out of reach due to the effort of deep snow, legs like jelly and the breeks full of snow. The ruins of Corrour are an old sanitorium and the stone was robbed by the lairds for a shooting lodge by Loch Ossian.

No wind, no rain, no cold, that's not bad luck, that's fine weather for the hills!
It's just jealousy from those of us (me) who always seem to get rubbish weather for baggin' 😅
