My late father loved mountain biking and racing them and left behind a ton of bikes that are about 15 or so years old that he spent well over 5k at the time. And I have been using pretty casual mountain bikes most of my life and was wondering if anybody new the best recommendations for websites with parts, gear, clothes and stuff like that because I’m trying to rebuild his old bikes and am also getting my friend into it so I am just looking for the basics and recommendations especially less expensive options since I’m 17 really can’t afford anything crazy

But you will spend far more to get these old ponies riding again than its worth.
Pinkbike is a great resource however for parts, and vintage knowledge in sourcing and assembling parts for those ol’ steeds.
