I have stock Triban 100 (Shimano Tourney) and have a problem with guide roller.
The guide roller is knocking against a big cog and b-tension screw doesn’t work (nothing happens when i tighten it).How do I lower it down?
What i need to do? Help pls.

It’s hard to tell in the video, is the derailleur mounted to the hanger correctly? I feel like that link is supposed to be closer to horizontal than it is.

I suspect the derailleur has been mounted incorrectly so that some tab on the derailleur is anticlockwise of some tab on the mount, so the whole thing is sitting too far down/forward.

Tourney and 34t megarange freewheels do this no matter what. The B screw on that derailleur is there for decoration.

Is this bike new to you, or did this just start happening?
When installing a derailleur, there is a tab on the derailleur hanger that acts as a stop so that the derailleur can’t swing all the way forward. The B screw rests against a tab that should rest on that stop, allowing the adjustments that you’re unable to make.
