I’m currently working on an old MTB that’s equipped with a Shimano STX group. The rear derailleur, RD-MC30, is still working, so I would like to keep it for now. But I’m struggling a bit with this kind of pulley wheel bolts. Yesterday the derailleur nearly fell apart shifting because one of the bolts wasn’t tightened well enough (the one not displayed which is much less accessible with any kind of tool).
Are there hex key bolts I could use for this derailleur? I’ve done some research, but I couldn’t find any bolts that were explicitly compatible with the RD-MC-30. What (standard) size should I look for?
I’m also considering to exchange the entire derailleur for a new Tourney 7-speed one (RD-TX800?), but I’m not sure if this would be an upgrade oder downgrade.

What tool are you using? Because those do not look bad
