With the small wheels/low rack, you’ll probably have ground clearance and/or heel strike issues. My messenger bag stands upright and so I use it’s own straps/buckles to [lash it to the rack](https://live.staticflickr.com/8177/28742400550_b2d246c056_o.jpg).
