I was screwing the bolt for the bottle cage and i must have over tighten it. It snapped and broke… Please someone help, is there anything i could do to get it removed? or should i just bring it to a mechanic

You’re lucky you didn’t damage the frame. There are many things you can try to do to get a bolt out, but for a beginner I would probably recommend taking it to a mechanic.
I did that once on a disc brake caliper bolt when I had my torque wrench set incorrectly.
I brought it to my mechanic. He used a dremel to cut a slot in the top of the bolt and then used a screwdriver to back it out.
