I emailed support and got a new one sent to me. Also in the US.
I can’t be sure because my top cap looks different, but that screw looks the same as the one on my ultimate. If so, it is a M4 50mm countersunk flat hex, black stainless steel.
Try to measure yours and confirm the 50mm length. I couldn’t get one from canyon and I had to buy a 5 pack from another source, so if you strike out with canyon and yours seems to be the same size, DM me and I will send you one of the 4 extras I have.
