just bought her on Sunday, rides great, but is a little short on the top tube length and kinda hurts my back. i wanna get the handlebars more far away and also install a front rack big enough to hold a skateboard, backpack and gallon of water. any suggestions?! im open to changing the handlebars

Longer stem, flat bars. I wouldn’t carry a gallon of water on a front rack.

I am not a great bike tech, but it looks like you can push that seat couple of cm backwards.

Tune it up and ride it. Let it tell you what it needs.
I’d do the water in saddle bags or other side mount storage. If you don’t have mount points for a rear rack I guess I’d re think that.
