Go into a bike accident March 13th. Every part survived, except the right crank and frame is bent. Concussed. 3 staples to my head and stitches to ear. Stay safe y’all when you don’t ride with a helmet.

helmets are really important in only takes some bad luck to get hurt really bad
My cousin spent 30 years unable to take care of himself after a head injury. Family had to do everything for him. Then he died.

Funny, the comments to wear a helmet for safety. But none so far to install a front brake…also for safety.
One can still skid with a brake caliper installed. It has saved my bacon more than my helmet has.
Both are important. Be safe out there peeps. Be prepared for the worst case scenario, every time.
