X-Fusion? I remember those bastards. I forget which technique I settled on. Some people online just jam a flathead in there, at an angle, trying to get the head into the middle gap and just start bodging the shit out of it till it comes out. But it’s not ideal and scratches everything.
I think I may have got a vice, tightened it around the outer silver edge, and just wiggled to get it free.
Sadly because of that external design you can’t use a form of bearing press type makeshift tool to push is ‘through’ as I believe these ones are larger than the hole itself. Aka they have a lip on each side and need to be ‘pushed out from the middle’.
I would try the vice method first… And consider asking your LBS before resorting to the angry flathead method.
They very likely have to be re-used, depending on what you’re doing with the old/new shock, so getting them out without damage is ideal obviously. The DU bushings on most Fox/RS builds are much better.

I used this tool to remove them from my xfusion when swapping to a new shock. [https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08D3TZ6KW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08D3TZ6KW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1)
