I’ve had problems with getting this wheel of since I got it around 4 months ago. Most of the time it comes off but today it won’t. When I turn the right side it loosens the left side and the same with the left loosens the right. I can’t get both the nuts of at the same time. It will only come off if the other is on tight. Please help. Thanks

You have to get the perfect balance of them both being tight enough to loosen the other off, I’ve had similar issues with these type of nuts. Another alternative is having 2 spanner’s to do this.

There is an allen key hole on one side. Use an allen key in that to hold the axle still while removing the nuts. I’f someone says anything else, they either don’t have ellipses or have crashed and hit their head to many times.
