Planning to go this summer for my 2nd bicycle(ebike) tour, first tour was from Paris region down south to the Mediterranean, this time I like to go cross-country.
Main plan for now is going to Trieste (~~Slovenia~~ Italy) from there down along the coast, a ferry into Italy and back home. The trip will be anywhere from about 2500km – 5000km, depending on money, time and just how I feel. The last screenshot shows many different routes, in case I want to shorten the trip or maybe lengthen the trip. Also the possibility to go to Corsica, but I’m not sure because the Ferry will be booked and expensive during high season. The part to Greece is probably a bit excessive and not doable.
I’m not much of a city guy, I love peace and quiet nature, also like to go for a swim wherever possible. I will be wildcamping about 50% – 70% of the trip.
Any hints/tips/advice for my plan? places I should avoid or places I should spent more time etc.?
Edit: Sorry always thought Trieste was already Slovenia, stupid me.

Good plan! But trust me, You’re missing an unbelievable part of the world by avoiding the Croatian coastline from Zadar to Dubrovnik. Im currently between the two cities and the scenery blows my mind every day. You can swim in the sea every day too.
