  1. Well I think you’re obliged to keep that stem, so I’d start with some swept back bars, might be tough to find in a 25.4 but that stem is just too cool.

    I’d get another silver Paul brake lever and another thumby and set it up 3x.

  2. Hi friends, I’m stuck in analysis paralysis. There are just waaay too many choices to make. One thing is for sure, the stem and handlebars has got to go. Ideal stem extension length would be 50-70mm and handlebar width 700-750mm. How would you build this bike up? Type out your recommendations. GO!

  3. I’d move the seat back a foot or two and put a stem on that is half the length, and rotate the bar into the proper postion, and start from there 🙂

    Sure the stem is cool in terms of branding/matching but it looks f*cking ridiculous and I cannot imagine it being a good riding position…

    The bars are the star. Swap to a way shorter stem so you can move that seat back.

    Just get rid of that ridiculous stem, add a chain, and leave it alone!
