I saw a lot of innovation and changes in geometry when I was riding, it was all about bars getting taller, rear ends getting shorter, tyres getting wider… admittedly I haven’t rode my BMX in about 5 years but I do wanna get back into it (mainly been riding enduro MTB) I’m just wondering what direction bike parts and materials are going in? What’s the ideal street geometry now? Is invest casting still big? Are people still favouring free coasters over cassettes even for park riding? Are bars still 10 inches tall? Brakeless?
