What do you think… worth jamming a new cassette on there? Or too eaten up? The pawls are knackered too so will need replacing.
Bearings are silky though!
Check online for second hand hubs and wheels, I’ve linked one for £55 (no idea if they will ship) and I’ve seen them offered for £40, often in decent condition.

Lol mine cost 205 usd and only comes in aluminum when it looks like that I’m running it till the sprockets spin then avoiding those gears till the rest break loose.

Get the steel freehub if available for your hub. Pretty much the last freehub you’ll need. I did the switch on my pro4.

You could weld or epoxy some material onto it (you might be a redneck, if).

Yes it’s toasted. If you put new cassette and it will destroy further and become unrideable. Replacement is fairly cheap.
it looks like you haven’t got that long until the cogs start spinning.
you could baby it for a while if you need to but it is time to start looking for a new one. Maybe a steel one this time.
