While cleaning my bike I noticed that the bottom bracket cover Canyon EP1445-01 Cover is missing.
Is it safe/unadvisable to ride without this cover?

It’s not unsafe, but the dirt will get in and it’s tricky to clean.
I suggest you just tape it and poke a small drain hole. In the meantime, order the replacement.
