We have the same measurements. I ordered the XS, and when I went to a fitter, he advised the bike looked too small. Said I was scrunched up because most men have long torsos…when I advised it’s what canyon website recommended, he went to the site, and said I was on the bubble. I returned for a small. Fitter said I looked much more comfortable on it. Bike feels good!
