If you come across any paperwork which has any information about residents/clients/patients or whatever is the current trend is. You MUST report this to the Social Services team for that area. Confidentialiity is an absolute, regardless of wether the persons are alive or not. If you get no joy from them inform them that you are going to involve the press. This is incredibly serious.
