It’s circling the drain.
If that’s an eleven speed chain, it was dead a few hundred miles ago.
If it’s an 11 speed chain, you need to replace it at 0.5%, and this tool won’t measure that. Get a Park Tool CC-4 chain wear checker.
Just don’t leave it too long or it will be a new cassette too
