I got a new saddle two days ago, as well as a new adapter to attach it to the old style tube. Yesterday, while riding a bit laid back, it tilted suddenly and I fell of (I’m fine, luckily). After walking to a nearby shop, they tighten the saddle for me (for the first time in a while, I left without a wrench) and today the same thing happened (Yesterday I checked that the bolt was ok and tight). Is this a commong thing with this old style tube?

THose clamps are very common, Thye’re basic and the hallmark of a cheap bike like spoke protectors on wheels. Every bike shop has a few in a drawer. Either get another clamp or get a seatpost where the clamp is integrated with the post,
I’m not sure what you mean by an “old style tube,” but then again my newest bike is from 2004.
Anyway, a different style seat post probably would fix this. For example, a releatively inexpensive Kalloy Uno would probably fix this issue.
