Nothing. This bike is perfection. If the shifting starts to get sloppy, toss the trigger and add a friction shifter.

The main change I’d want to make is a larger frame. Other than that I’d switch to v brakes and probably want another chainring but would want to ride it for a while to see if there’s anything else that I’d want to change.

Solid build. It’s purely aesthetics but tying in the saddle could be nice, maybe some brown grips
