Would you trust an AliExpress helmet? I bought one as a joke for ten dollars just to see what it looks like. It’s not bad. Would I trust it in a 60 mph + motorcycle crash no, but at 16 mph on an ebike I think it’s better than a Walmart helmet despite looking like a character out of Tron.

It may or not apply to this helmet specifically, but helmets are maybe the one thing thing that you really shouldn’t cheap out on. You should at least be reasonably sure your helmet will actually protect you, and not shatter. So, either do your own research or buy from a reputable brand.
