I’ve talked a guy down to $450 for a Cannondale Trigger and wanted to know people’s thoughts on if that is a good deal or not. Anything I should check on the bike before buying?
You’re going to have a really hard time finding someone who can still service that fork and shock. If you do it’ll probably cost just as much as the bike honestly.

If it was the exact same bike except it had a standard fork and shock setup it would be worth it, however both the fork and shock are unservicable by most shops and by the time you figure out how to service them you may as well buy a modern Polygon. Also keep in mind that iirc the front hub is lefty only so if you replace the fork you’ll need to replace the wheel.
