Dt Swiss imo, they are a bit wider and it will be easier to find parts for maintenance. Otherwise I don’t think there are big differences.

Both are low end alloy rims but I’ve ridden both and they all ok. No significant advantage on either

I’m an Endurace owner with DT Swiss Endurance LN wheels. They’re low end but really okay. Never had issues with them. You can ride them tubed or tubeless. Still, I would prefer a 105 groupset instead of Tiagra but that’s a different topic.

Ive had a bike with the fulcrums for over a year and they have held up amazingly for my 120 kg weight. They are 28 spoke and bombproof imo.

Neither of them are great

The DT Swiss set likely comes with DT Swiss rims but a no name hub.
The Fulcrum 900db comes with a fulcrum hub. Performance wise these wheels are similar.
The 100€ price difference is justified by Tiagra vs. 105.
