What is this for? Ultra race? World tour? Sunday morning cafe ride?
I would likely take less things in most rides. For a long multi-day ride I would also take about 1m\3ft of cordage (thin, 3mm or so) and about double (2m\6ft) of thin metal wire (I like that green plastic cased gardening wire that comes on a spool).
By the way, you forgot to include the chain lube in your kit list.
not sure what type of drivetrain/ braking system you have but id carry a shift cable and a brake cable.
Others have some useful suggestions, I’d also swap that knife for a leatherman – I’ve had times when the pliers have been a godsend (rebuilt a shifter and helped pull cables into place) and now probably wouldn’t travel without it. I have a wave and it’s worth the space/weight imo, also includes a knife and cutters, plus some useful tools like smaller screwdrivers etc
Make sure the chain break on your multi-tool can be used without external tools.
I had the annoying realisation that I needed an allen key to use the 1 on my multi-tool… which would be fine if the allen key wasn’t also attached to the multi-tool 😅
Add in a couple extra chain links, especially if you’re on 1x.

I like to have a bit of string as well as the zip ties. Weighs nothing. Takes up zero space. I’d have those park tool patches in their neat tiny box. If you are carrying a tube, you should take those too. I’ve punctured tubeless, put in a tube and then had to patch the tube where the tyre was damaged.
Also – tyre boot, or old bit of cut out tyre. I like flexible superglue. Could be useful to patch a bad tyre rip. Chain pin (as well as your quick link). My additions mostly take up zero space/weight.

A pair of nitrile gloves for fixing a chain
Extra presta valve. Broke the head off one of mine. Some tubes have removable ones, but then that could in a catastrophe leave you without a usable tube.
I haven’t used it on my gravel bike but I carry a fiberfix spoke with me, I have some extra spokes but if the drive side breaks and you can’t get the cassette off the fiberfix spoke might still get you going for a bit.
