Holiday inn Road opens and a peak inside!

Today I am at the new Holiday inn and new tram terminus as the main road reopens.

Good morning folks welcome back to the channel uh yesterday we heard that the road this is High Street I’m on now one of the main arteries into Blackpool it’s actually open now we’ve um we been closed for a couple years now since the uh holiday start being built in the new

ters so I thought come down and see how uh how things are what if anything’s changed and uh we’ll have a look around and uh give an update on hotel and tram terminal and now the road is open see you soon yeah anyway folks I thought i’

Start R back the hotel they’ve um they’ve opened all this up now all the rails all these rail are down um looking on to a car park which is um in the process of being flattened out it’s quite um quite a big car park is going to be actually this is

Um North State sorry it’s trying to film into the sun is quite difficult um not complaining about the Sun or anything like that but yeah as you can see it’s North station signs up there there we go look at that folks it’s turn was down brilliant it just pause yeah folks

Um you can see from here the underpass from this side and a bit I’ll go around the other side and show you from the uh on the other side of the building near the front this is the back J the past but just zoom in on that for you there we go excuse

Me this is fantastic I imagine the whole I would imagine the whole hotel is probably um finished by now it’s just the Cosmetics here really so anyway the TRS will come in from here there we go there a rful tower there CHS will come in there then uh CH stop

Amazing it is nice to have this um this path open no it says uh show taxi um spaces marked out here I’m stand in the middle of road so I’m get out the road I’ll get i’ll get run over it’s nice to have this pathway all open you know fantastic

So this folks is um where imagine where the car park entrance will be to the hotel they probably have a oneway system where I’m not sure yet I could actually walk in there if I wanted to but I would get to off fantastic Hey I still got some of the fencing up but a lot of it’s been taken down now theyve opened up this um this part of the pathway here and got the bus stop will just be here one of the here’s the bus shelter folks I’m not quite sure what number bus will

Come from here so where that bus is there on toet road they’ll come up from um they’ll come up from there and this is the uh to a Cham Terminus so cars and buses we fighting spaces with the trams that be quite interesting we hover heads are in brilliant stuff there we

Inside there we go how cool is that this is the first time we actually been up actually touched the Hotel this is fantastic stuff more work going on inside there there we go folks I can we find well some stairs still doing some painting but look of it ain’t quite finish obviously

Yet there one of the doors don’t see a lot there here we got some more seating he yeah look at this hello you done this B yeah yeah I got here4 yeah 144 bedrooms folks I’ve been told it’s quite expensive to stay in here something like £150 a night or something

Like that I don’t really know you know really don’t know what to believe do you oh it’s got a luxury HP MOS bed about air conditioning free Wi-Fi rainfor power power shell Samsung TV W very nice Mar Restaurant the studio in theace and St make a difference to me I maros French

Go so that’s the road road has just been reopened High Street makes your life a lot more easier so if you’re a car driver like myself got Margo Perry’s white that’s a restaurant over the road folks there I’m going to get cars in my way now
