Hey, I got a new set of wheels but they have an Allen head bolt holding the axel on with like plastic retention caps.
Is it possible to swap out the axel with a more traditional axel with the 15mm nuts from my old wheels?
I have attached some pictures to explain more.

If you (or local bike shop) can find a threaded axle that is compatible with your hubs, then yes.
What you have now is a quick release style axle with what is commonly known as a bolt on skewer.
