I checked wheel bearings, they look fine, also the wheel doesnt have any play when i check it off the bike

Tighten it a bit more.
Assuming everything else is fine, this points at your axel assembly, most notably the ball bearings may be **dry** and need to be **re-greased** after a good cleaning.
You’re only showing this limited angle. It either looks like your axle is loose or your spokes are REALLY loose. Or maybe your dropout is broken.
Make another video with your hand not blocking the dropouts and a closeup of the axle.
So it happens with a different wheel and different q/r’s as well? That could only leave the frame then? Check the stays and dropout areas for cracks?
If the QR is loose, you’ll see the axle moving in the dropouts.
The bearings can move like this even if they’re properly cleaned and greased if you haven’t adjusted them correctly.
If the bearings are correctly adjusted, and you can’t see the axle moving in the dropouts, then your frame has some give in it – is there a crack somewhere in the rear triangle?
FWIW it’s normal that a wheel flexes a bit when you put force on it, but this clearly looks excessive. Unless you put extreme force on it, but it doesn’t look like that from the video.
