Hello everyone. 1 month ~ ago i built my own bike, with the proper equipment and method.
A single speed, everything was going well. BUT a week ago, a creaking (like two pieces of metal rubbing each other ~) appeared.
It makes this noise when i put pressure on the handlebar (riding UP Hill etc).
I tried to titghen it, and it was worse. Ok, i took it all appart, everything is in good condition, i put it back together, go for a test ride, and it’s here again.
The frame/fork/headset is the SKREAM Anodiz, from SKREAM, it was sold together.
I’m at loss here, i love my bike but this sound IS driving me crazy !

Just to be sure but; you did regrease after cleaning everything related to the headset?
Besides that, depending on the type of headset, sure the bearings (or cups) are pressed in correctly?
