I was riding my Brompton, for a casual night ride and as I was riding I could hear the reflective lights at the front was shaking.
I realised, at that point, that this was loose and this was connect by a bolt which connects the brakes and the mudguards. I decided that when I get home, in about 10 minutes, il tighten it.
I then was riding down a hill and next thing you know, my face is planted straight into the ground. The brakes had come off and was trapped into the front wheel.
Severely damaged my right eye and received cuts and bruises all over. Thank god I was wearing a helmet.

Bro— if you knew something was loose it was time to stop and check it out, not continue to ride down a hill no-less.
Glad you’re ok, but bikes can be dangerous. Use some common sense next time.
What model was it ? Seems like PLine nuts keep coming loose because there’s no washer on the Allen nut
