Between the two the gray odyssey is better.

the yellow one looks awful, to be honest, I wouldn’t touch it.
Are you hoping to get into freestyle bmx?
First one, all day. But it looks like a real, modern-ish bmx bike that was ridden and maybe maintained a little. The 2nd looks retro.
1st has 3 piece cranks, the current standard. It also gets real pedals, a microdrive hub, loses the coaster brake an all in will be a better, more maintainable bike. Note that it is brakeless like many bmx bikes. Many riders solve this with foot dragging or foot jamming, but many others choose to add a rear brake.
This assumes you’re looking for a bike to BMX on, not for transport. Both will suck as a way to get around.
