I think most cafe locks require mounting holes on the bottom of the seat stays. At least that’s where my LBS checked when I asked about a bike they had on display.

Looks like there’s enough clearance, if you don’t have the necessary bosses on the underside of the seat stays you’ll need some strap on bosses like these
Your photo isn’t terribly useful but it looks like your frame does have the correct holes to mount one. Clearance may be your issue.

Certainly looks like you have the necessary mounts, but even if you didn’t frame locks usually have straps that wrap round the seatstays to mount the lock.
Abus is a good choice, and most of their frame locks can use an extension chain to secure the bike to an object. You’ll want to use a high-security U-lock as well, as even the best frame locks are quite a long way from impregnable, but using a frame lock as well as a U-lock will slow down a thief.
Best thing is, frame locks are convenient AF – the lock’s always there on the bike and if you choose the R variant of the lock, the key stays in the lock until you actually lock it.
As you can probably tell, I’m a big fan of frame locks!
