    I would try to knock the bb out with a hammer. There’s a chance it’s not connected to the cup and once it’s out you should have a much easier time to remove that broken cup.

    Knock you the BB with a hammer, clean out the broken plastic. You might manage to turn it with a “diagonal” flat head screw driver. If that doesn’t work, melting a cut with a soldering iron has been the best way to clean this in my experience. 0 change of damaging the frame in the process.

  3. And remember, drive side bottom bracket threads are reversed with few exceptions. Righty loosey lefty tighty!

  4. Heat it up with a heat gun, and then hit it out! you can dig the plastic out afterwards that’s in the frame still
