On this morning I’m at Beautiful Sunday morning in Cave Hill Country Park we’re going to do the green trail and I hope you enjoy it’s just nice to be out in the boat US is just one mile end the trail and pass are good nicely same posted out but as usual folks plastic bottles lying here one mile from the end of the trail so there must be a lazy thing people through to destroy your Woods in your Countryside like this one for So it see going get St views this morning across Belfast the harbor nice blue skies and the people Bo so far the trail is pretty good pretty solid I we bit lost um sign post just for the castle at the end of the trail wasn’t good um what say that asked
A few people and they got me in the right direction again but I want to say within qu mile from the car okay guys that’s it we Trail over it is 4.5 miles 1 hour 40 minutes um lovely day um pass were good one sign post to be bit dodg at the end

nice one to do when you haven't got time to get to the mournes. I'd occasionally head up after work when I know i've got a busy weekend coming up.
